Brennan Planning is spearheaded by Marcus Brennan.

Marcus has extensive experience in all aspects of Town Planning. His expertise in appeals management and development assessment has been proven both in the public and private sector. Since starting Noosa Town Planning in 2014, Marcus has earned the respect of clients and stakeholders alike.

Marcus is supported by his wife Callie Griffiths. The pair met whilst studying Urban and Regional Planning together at the University of New England in Armidale. Callie has experience not only in town planning, but also in social media and small business management.

Marcus and Callie share a passion for heritage, architecture and good design. They believe in creating great outcomes for clients and community.

Areas we service

We service the whole of QLD with our town planning consultancy. Our areas of expertise include Gympie, Noosa, Sunshine Coast and Brisbane City Council areas. We are not limited to these areas and have regular client projects across South East Queensland.

We are currently looking to expand a satellite office to Gympie, which will allow us to meet and greet in town. Our current office is in Cooroy. Pop in and say hello or give us a call to discuss your plans.
