A new beginning.

We are so excited to commence our town planning consultancy Brennan Planning. We have been practicing as Noosa Town Planning since 2014, in between juggling other employment. We are now in the position to follow our passion for town planning and small business together as our primary focus. With this, the need to restrict ourselves to the Noosa Local Government Area has lifted, and we are ready to take on projects and clients from all parts of Queensland. It seemed fitting that a new name for our “new” beginning was only fitting. As a husband and wife team, the name Brennan Planning was an obvious choice.

Marcus is the forefront of our business and offers extensive on the ground experience across all sectors. With in depth working knowledge of the Noosa, Sunshine Coast and Brisbane Local Governments, as well as a love and local knowledge of areas including Gympie and Wide Bay Burnett Local Governments.

Marcus last employment position before this move was for the Sunshine Coast Council in Appeals Management. A role that he enjoyed and thrived within. We are excited to expand our practice with our hands on experience in the Planning and Environment Court. Negotiations, mediations and stake holder management are a specialty.
