We had a great result at last weeks ordinary meeting with regard to our change to an approval to renovate the building and expand operating hours for premises at 6 Thomas Street, Noosaville.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

This job had a special place in our heart as the project manager who also planned and commissioned the mural by ‘Grassi’ sadly passed away late last year.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

We would like to thank all of the Councillor’s involved in supporting the application. We would like to give a special thanks to Mayor Clare for moving an alternative recommendation to allow the businesses to commence operating from 6am and also Crs Wilkie and Wegener for supporting this recommendation. This permission to commence 1 hour earlier means a great deal for Deb and Duncan, the owners of The Laneway flowers and coffee, and will help their business flourish. It will also ensure that our client Dennis Locke will have a vibrant tenancy mix, and an investment that will continue to bring a return on investment. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
